This show cases the layout of the paintings on each haori. This is the back view so when it is hanging on the wall the paintings are displayed. It is a short kimono basically so it can be worn as a jacket over normal clothes without needing the elaborate obi to tie it.
The Kanto and Johto starters are on the back portion surrounding the kanji corresponding to the element. The other starters are on the back/ outer portion of the sleeves. The Alola starters are right below the Kanto and Johto starters so they will appear on the right hip area when the garment is worn.
The book should be printed by next week and will be for sale at Kawaiikon. Same as previous it will be $20 each. I vamped up some pieces by adding in abstract artsy backgrounds. I love Anthropologie’s look book and catalogs so designed it to be similar. I'll post some pics of the book when it arrives.
I have a blue wave pattern haori I painted goldeen and seaking on that I wear
One of these days I'll have to save up to buy one of these beauties from you.(I'd just have to figure out when/where to wear it lol)
I'll reserve one for you! I should've had you proof read the pages! LOL. I tried to proof read it but oh well.
If you give me an idea of what color haori you want and which pokemon you want on it can do!
I got the artbooks in! But the binding was off-centered so they are printing it again! Then bozo head me uploaded one page out of order so the new one should be aligned properly but now two pages are switched if compared to the table of contents. I am still waiting for the new books to arrive so hopefully soon!
