Ninetails

Ninetails are solitary predators. They are extremely cunning and clever, overcoming their prey with psychological tactics and their breath weapon. Any vulpix coming into contact with an elemental stone forged of fire will evolve. For this reason, populations of ninetails are commonly found in areas where heavy deposits of fire stones are abundant. Ninetails are very mysterious in the wild. They have never been hunted for their fur because they are so elusive. Most ninetails are domesticated and only obtainable by evolving one's existing vulpix. It is extremely frowned upon to wear or own the fur of a ninetails as superstitions suggest foul luck will befall anyone that comes in contact with the fur.
